Is the space for only women? What does female-focused mean? + -
The Bureau is a co-ed space, everyone is welcome. The female-only areas are the vanity area and nursing room. Female-focused means that The Bureau - our space and programs - have been designed with women’s needs and preferences in mind. Everything from the events to our space aesthetic to our amenities (i.e. nursing room).
How many locations do you have? + -
The Bureau currently has one location in Gold & Diamond Park, Dubai, in Building 6. Gold & Diamond Park is located next to the Equiti metro station on Sheikh Zayed Road. Gold & Diamond Park is in the same line as Dubai Garden Center.
We will be opening a second branch soon, stay tuned!

Do you have parking? Is the metro nearby? + -
- Our closest Metro station is the Equiti station. It is a 1-minute walk from The Bureau.
- Parking is available in Gold and Diamond Park on the ground level, which is free for the first two hours.
- There is an RTA parking lot near the back entrance of The Bureau for those who wish to use an RTA parking card.
- Designated underground parking spots can be purchased at The Bureau based upon availability.
Is the bureau pet friendly? + -
We love and value our fluffy friends, however, in order to respect the health and safety regulations of our premises, please leave any and all pets safely at home (sad, we know).
Are children allowed in the space? + -
Children and babies are allowed to accompany you for your meal in our Jones the Grocer cafe for limited time periods. In the case of special events or classes, we allow children into the space and provide prior notice as per our discretion. We have a pumping room and nursing table to accommodate our new mamas.
Can I bring my own food to The Bureau? + -
Yes, you can bring your own food to The Bureau or order food into The Bureau. However, we do not have fridges for use. We have a Jones the Grocer cafe located within The Bureau to purchase delicious food and beverages.
How do you ensure security in the space? + -
We have constant video surveillance (CCTV) of the entire space. Additionally, there is 24/7 security in Gold and Diamond Park, as well as a dedicated Bureau security guard at night. Further, all members receive an access code, to be entered upon check-in at the front desk.
Is the space accessible by wheelchairs? + -
Yes, the main ground floor of The Bureau is wheelchair accessible and includes an accessible toilet.
Do you have quiet spaces where I can take calls? + -
We have multiple options for quiet spaces to take calls which we encourage members and visitors to use. Phone booths are available on a first-come basis. For longer calls, we offer meeting rooms, which can be pre booked.
Is coffee free as a member? + -
Coffee and other beverages can be purchased from Jones the Grocer located within The Bureau. Drinking water refilling stations can be found throughout the Bureau, which dispense both hot & cold water.
What amenities do you have at The Bureau? + -
The Bureau was created to give you everything you may need in one space! We have a Jones the Grocer Cafe, wellness studio, a shower, changing rooms, a mothers pumping room, meeting rooms & an event space.
