Welcome to our world, we can’t wait to meet each and every one of you at The Bureau! We are first & foremost sisters, lovers of lifelong learning, the third (& only female) generation of our family business, and most recently business partners.
We wanted to design beautiful workspaces that inspire us to build and achieve great things, an authentic space where we can wear sweatpants & be unapologetically ourselves whilst getting sh*t done, and a space to meet like minded individuals who are bold, ambitious & want to live a purposeful life.
The concept of The Bureau was created after Nikita worked out of a female centric co-working space in Boston, where she learnt the important of designing workspaces with women’s needs in mind & the importance of catering to individuals through various stages of life.
In parallel, after working across media agencies in Los Angeles & New York City, Rhea drew inspiration from her unique workplaces and strong female leadership. Both of us took a keen interest in the importance of building authentic work culture, beautiful workspaces, and fostering community in the workspace.

A Little Background
A little bit about Nikita
Nikita studied finance & social impact at the Wharton School of Business at UPenn. She pursued her masters at The USC Gould School of Law. Post graduation, Nikita started Oasis Greens, a hydroponics vertical farm in Dubai that sells high quality leafy greens.
Nikita has been a lifelong lover of sports, and in her free time loves playing tennis & basketball. All remaining hours are spent entertaining her lazy pug Katsu & getting as much sleep as possible.
A little bit about Rhea
Rhea studied business at the University of Southern California, with concentrations in marketing & social entrepreneurship. Post graduation, she dived head first into the world of digital media at Dentsu Aegis, working on accounts such as Red Bull & United Airlines.
In 2019, Rhea pursued her Masters in Management at London Business School. Alongside The Bureau, Rhea is a lover of all things creative, and is currently enjoying her chubby niece, and taking her new role as aunty very seriously.
