Deep Stretch & Mindful Journaling (10:00 โ 11:00 AM): Slow down and tap into your inner peace with a guided deep stretch session followed by mindful journaling to reflect, relax, and recharge. (Limited to 25 spots)
11:00 – 12:00 PM:ย Afterward, come together for a peaceful mingling session with drinks and food to keep the energy flowing!
