1. Meditation and Fitness studio – keep calm and meditate 

Gone are the days where we ignore the intersection of physical and mental health, and our personal and professional lives. Here at The Bureau Dubai, we understand the importance of moving our bodies, connecting with ourselves, and the integration of mind, body and soul. The Bureau community supports the notion of healthy living and offers a fitness studio which will host classes from barre and pilates, to yoga to meditation! We value and understand the importance of having a mental break, especially from a hard day at work. All in one convenient space, we can thankfully no longer use the excuse of travel time or a busy day of work to not take care of our bodies. 

2. Silent Zones 

Let’s be honest. It can be distracting to work or study when there is too much noise going round. Everyone works differently, and there are many of us who like to be in spaces where we aren’t disrupted by white noise. With this in mind, The Bureau offers quiet nooks and corners when anyone is in the need of going into complete work mode. Whilst The Bureau is all about building community and networking, we respect the fact that everyone has different working styles and preferences in the workplace.

3. Podcast room @ The Bureau Dubai

Thinking of starting your own podcast? Or already have a podcast but don’t have the budget to buy all the necessary equipment or a physical space? The Bureau would be the perfect place for that. We have created our own boutique podcast studio which can be booked on an hourly basis, and utilized to your liking. The amenities in the room include 2 podcast microphones, headphones, and the perfect natural lighting – perfect for a guest speaker and yourself! Booking can be done at an hourly rate. 4. Nursing room

To all our supermom’s that are handling their own business/personal projects and simultaneously taking care of their little angels, we have to show our support in some way. The Bureau Dubai has a nursing room dedicated specifically for that! This is a private space just for you, moms. This is a very unique room at The Bureau Dubai, and aligns with our vision of supporting women in the co-working space in Dubai. The room is built in a way that is convenient for moms to pump their breast milk before going home, and even whilst working (we all know the power of multitasking us women have!) Accessorized with a cozy armchair and a mini fridge, your milk will be stored safely.

5. Community Building Events

This one’s an important part of The Bureau Dubai. We truly believe that a key element of personal growth is to be a part of a community that gives you the confidence, encouragement, and mentorship to do so. The Bureau Dubai hosts a plethora of community events, ranging from panels and workshops to needs and Leeds sessions. Our community will help you grow your personal projects and business, with a focus on building genuine, meaningful connections. Want to hear more? 6. Vanity room (Let me take a selfie!) 

The perfect place to touch up your makeup, curl your hair, or just take a moment to breathe and do some power posing. Accessorized with a private shower, hot tools, and a large mirror, we got you! Whatever your need of the hour, our private vanity room is a beautiful space to decompress and attend to yourself. Celebrate yourself in our warmly lit and cozy room. Snap a photo with a new friend you made! Or better yet, freshen up before that new date you just swiped right with on Hinge.

7. Phone booth

Private meeting? Important zoom call with a potential employer? We got you covered! In our stylish rooms inspired by successful women around the world, you can now sit back and relax in peace as you sit in your own bubble and shift your full attention to your meeting. No distractions, no awkward background walks, it’s the little details that are important for us. Also, how cool is it to sit in a phonebooth? Such retro vibes. 

8. Café

We know as well as the next that the stomach is really the way to the heart, and sometimes we need that extra motivation in the form of a pain au chocolat. For all you morning coffee lovers, there is no need to stop for a grab and go, you can sit comfortably for a coffee before that meeting, mingle with the other wonderful women and men in the space, or even read your book before starting your day. With the freshest ingredients, and gourmet food, have a quick breakfast as well to get that energy in before a productive day in the space. Our café partner is one of the top in the UAE and worldwide, and we cannot wait to share the exciting news (think cheese room, gourmet private-label groceries, freshly baked cakes, pastries and breads!)

9. Shower Facilities 

Last but not least and a personal favorite, whether you want to take a shower before popping off to dinner with some friends after work, or whether you want a quick fix after your yoga workout, our shower facilities are there to accommodate that. And don’t fret, if you forget your own amenities at home, we have an overly extensive selection of lotions and potions to choose from. It’s what works best for you!

The Bureau Dubai was created as a service user’s bird’s eye view.
